Fear of death and illness

Tuesday, April 26th, 2016

QUESTION: Masters, I feel strong fear of death and fear of sickness. Sometimes that makes me feel totally incapable to do anything. What would I do with this feeling and how to connect with my Higher Self? ~Eeva, Finland

ANSWER: Whenever one senses a fear or a doubt, that is an indication they are looking at a life lesson they chose before coming to Earth. A soul incarnates (enters a body) for the purpose of remembering and finding out who they are as a soul and what abilities and powers they possess. They set up a series of interconnected human traits to allow themselves to see the negativity in the event and then, using their freedom of choice, to turn the negativity into a loving, positive energy.

Around the fear of illness are lessons concerning realization of a lack of control, a lack of the comfort of the known, a potential loss of independence, and being dependent on others. There’s also the question of what others will think of you: will they shun you, stay away and ignore you, or confine you somewhere alone?

A fear of death reflects the beliefs of a vast majority of society and religious organizations that it is the “judgment day,” when you will have to pay for everything you have done wrong by their standards – the bulk of which you never understood. In reality, it is simply a transition from the physical to the nonphysical.

From a spiritual perspective, you fear you will have not completed what you came down to do and will have to do it all over again. You need to accept and know that you are a soul who has been broken off from Source energy and are magnificent, all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-creative. You can do anything you believe you can.

Tapping into your internal essence of unconditional love, you are able to work through anything that you draw to yourself. Take one step at a time, and each time a fear emerges, ask: why is this here, and what may I learn from it? The only important thing is what you think about your life, not what others think or have said. Feel comfortable with yourself, and take baby steps until you are comfortable with your decisions.

Alcohol, meat, and chakras

QUESTION: Masters I would like to know what are the effects of alcohol consumption (especially wine) and eating red meat to our chakras. Do they harm our chakras even if in small amounts? What are the consequences? Thank you very much for so much love you have for us here. ~Rachel, Canada

ANSWER: Chakras are energy vortexes that swirl around the human body from the nonphysical aspects of the physical body. They assist the flow of energy through the body, from the crown chakra at the top of the head, to the root chakra at the base of the spine. They interact with the pranic tube, the channel through which all your energy flows.

Many things can interfere with the flow of energy and with the rotation of the chakras.  When a chakra turns in a different direction from the rest of the chakras, it slows down the overall flow of energy in the body and causes diseases, lethargy, or blockages that impact the physical. Physical, mental, and emotional influences can balance the chakras.

The intention of the person has a lot to do with what effect various conditions have on the body. The most severe interference is tied up in a person’s belief system. If they believe that something, such as drinking or eating meat, will interfere with their body, then it does. There are no absolutes in human living. Some people can drink poison and not have it affect them if they truly believe that it will not, and others just think they will get ill and it occurs.

People can, however, also sabotage themselves. If they don’t want to have problems from consuming something, but unconsciously they think it will cause difficulties because they have heard others say that it will, it most likely will be dangerous for them.

As we said, there are no absolutes. Alcohol, be it wine, beer, or hard liquor, will not automatically harm a body or a chakra when consumed in moderation. Excessive use will have a tendency to unbalance the physical structure and cause damage. The same applies to animal products if they do not contain substances injurious to the physical body.

When consuming anything, you should monitor your body to see how the substance is received. If you believe it is beneficial or benign, it will be like any other nutritional supplement for the working body.

Anticipating results

QUESTION: Masters I’ve been developing my spiritual side for quite a while now and I’m currently focused on connecting with my divine self, my true self, so I can be all that I can be, manifesting a better situation of life (my divine rights). Life (situations) has been very demanding and sometimes I get very frustrated because I don’t see much result, feels like repeating the same situations. What is it that I’m not seeing in these conditions? Maybe this is all appropriate and I’m just impatient? Is there something that I could do to get off this circle and allow a new, more comfortable experience, and Spirit to manifest? ~Ricardo, Brazil

ANSWER: You are trying to battle the life lessons you chose for this lifetime instead of understanding and working through them. Any time a situation repeats, it is because it is a lesson and you did not learn from it. You can work through an event and then just drop it without examining what happened. The lesson is then thrown out without learning enough to prevent it from recurring. And it will come back until you acknowledge what it is you wanted to learn.

Life lessons are demanding; they must be acknowledged, understood, learned from, and turned into wisdom, or the underlying cause returns again and again. One of your lessons is patience. Another is learning to live in the moment so that you observe and are aware of what is happening in your immediate surroundings and to you, yourself.

You see a situation beginning to happen, anticipate what will come next, and don’t wait to see how it affects you because you are too busy moving on to something else. You have to participate in the actions you draw to yourself for the purpose of learning. Your frustrations show that your “anticipations” about life are not coming true. But you have no control over things around you, only your reaction to them.

Anticipations are detrimental and limiting to a soul. They force you to look at a situation in the way you decided things will play out, and only that way. You do not see why the situation is there, how you can work with it, how you can change the outcome, and how it applies to the rest of your life. You miss the whole reason it occurs.

Try to stop having anticipations. Go with the flow of the energy of an event without predicting or directing where it will go. This will allow you to see all the possibilities, and then, using your freedom of choice, you will be able to complete the task you desired and learn the lesson.
