Reading others

QUESTION: Masters I’m really frustrated and tired of this huge fear and anxiety caused by other people. Do I still have that much negativity and unsolved things in me or is it more that my sensitiveness can’t stand common energies with people? I hope you understand what I mean. Can you say what the best steps for me to take consciously are? ~A., Finland

ANSWER: You are on Earth to go through the life lessons you chose before coming. This journey is yours alone. You don’t have to have any interaction with others unless you so choose. The first step is to find out who you are (a soul with fabulous abilities) and then to go about defining and accepting the wisdom your lessons provide.

Your lessons have signposts around them to let you know where they are – those notices are fears and doubts. Your reaction to others alerts you to the fact that you wanted to deal with the way the actions of others make you feel.

You need to ask yourself what it is you actually fear; is it what these people are saying and thinking about you? If it has to do with anyone but you, why are you giving any of your life over to it? You can never make humans change their mind about something unless they choose to do it, so why bother?

And how do you know what they are thinking or saying unless they tell you? If you are guessing, you are doing yourself a disservice by thinking only negative thoughts. If they are really saying negative things to and about you, simply ignore them. The words cannot hurt you unless you let them by believing anything negative you may perceive. Stop listening and interpreting what you think they mean.

Your anxiety is an expectation that what you are thinking is going to happen or is true. So what? Get rid of the expectations; they are toxic and confining. Live in the moment. You have the ability to create your world within the observable area of your being. Fill all your thoughts and feelings with the unconditional love that is your soul’s essence.

There is a lot of negative energy in the world. Keep it away from you by drowning it in positive love energy any time it appears. Stop when you feel attacked and bring in love from the universe. You will no longer be able to feel the negativity.
