How many were with Jesus?

Tuesday, May 7th, 2013

QUESTION: Masters, Can you please explain the phenomenon on Earth right now of many women and some men having past life recalls of being Mary Magdalene. I met a lady who did a meditation on me who shared this with me. “I meditated last night and saw where you were in Yeshua’s time. I saw you as a woman who knew Mary Magdalene and Jesus. You used to go to his sermons/talks and listen to him. You wanted to know Jesus better and flirted with him outrageously, as [you did] with the other men in the village – some of them even came to blows over you.” Was she seeing truth? ~S, NZ

ANSWER: Jesus came down to Earth to be a way-shower. He demonstrated how it was possible for someone to live their life using freedom of choice and the abilities they intrinsically possess as a piece broken off from Source. This was a momentous time in the evolution of humanity. Many souls wished to be present in the energy which Jesus freely shared with those with whom he spent everyday life. The souls wanted to see if they would be able to understand his teachings and move into enlightenment while fighting the amnesia with which they came.

There is no such thing as past, present or future in the nonphysical realm. Time, as you know it, exists only on Earth because it is the progression of the planet around the sun. In your essential state of unconditional love, you may choose to be anywhere at any time. Your conscious presence as a human is the point in physical time on which you choose to concentrate.

You personally never spent an entire life with Jesus, but you did choose to drop in and spend a year during which he was doing his teaching. Mary Magdalene, of course, was there, as well as many disciples. You desperately wanted to have some of the unconditional love you felt emanating from Jesus, and you literally threw yourself on him to be able to spend time in that energy.

You are asking what does “spend a year” mean? The scenarios that are playing out on Earth are like plays. Each part is generally enacted by a single soul wishing to learn lessons. Occasionally when there is a really significant occurrence, souls will take the place of an actor so that they might have the experience. Since there is no time in the nonphysical existence, all lives are ongoing at all times. Like recordings on a record, you can play any song by putting down the needle, or in this case, concentrating on a particular event allows you to become a part of it.

Just as you had chosen to experience that time in the Earth’s past history, many other souls have chosen that period as well. Some re-enacted the entire lifetime and others visited for a short or medium amount of time; hence what appears to be shared memories.

Determining values

QUESTION: Masters, I am a very family orientated person and have done everything in my power to raise my children with values. It appears now that those same values are working against my children. Their openness and trusting nature has brought them pain rather than joy. There is definitely a message here and I am unable to understand this. Who is this lesson for: myself or my children? What is the lesson? ~Geetu, United Kingdom

ANSWER: You have created for your children a set of belief systems. This is what you call your values. These principles may work for you in the situations you have faced, but may be inappropriate for your children. “Values” mean that a degree of right and wrongness about actions has been decided. Judgment is the law of the ego mind. Whenever ego is involved, there is a competition to see who is better than everyone else.

If you have taught your children to be trusting with all people, you have set them up for people to take advantage of them. In addition to trust, one must be able to “feel” the person’s sincerity and honesty. Blind trust can be dangerous. It is not wrong to teach them to want to trust all people, but they must learn to first evaluate if the person is trustworthy.

Openness is another characteristic that offers one’s vulnerability up to the unscrupulous. A person does not need to know everything about you and your business unless you are assured that information will not be used to take advantage. You would not wear your credit card numbers on the front of your shirt. If you are convinced that a friend needs some help, you might lend the information for a single transaction.

The lesson here is that, while you are trying to prepare your children to live a life of establishing relationships with others, you need to remember that you are still living in a dualistic world where the amount of negativity is equal to all the positive energy you are seeking. Adapt your beliefs and actions based on the circumstances in which you find yourself exposed. This is a good example of living in the now—being aware of everything around you.

Achieving Christ Consciousness

Tuesday, May 7th, 2013

QUESTION: Masters, you said that Christ Consciousness is “a state in which the soul has ascended out of the egotistical, judgment-laden Earth dimension into the unconditional love of being in the presence of the Source of all.” My questions are can this be done while living in a human body, having a relatively normal Earth life with all its attached responsibilities to survival, self and others? Can this state be maintained? Are humans currently alive who have done and are doing this? Is any human capable of this, or only those who have overcome their lessons? What percentage of humans are capable of it? ~Christina, USA

ANSWER: Yes, and no. It depends on what you are calling a normal Earth life. If you need to judge everything, grade it all, and compete to become better than others, the answer is clearly no. If you are aware of the world’s dynamics of judgment, but choose only to observe rather than participate, and then live based upon an evaluation of what you need, instead of a judgment, the answer becomes yes.

The journey of the soul is a solitary trip. You have no responsibility for anyone other than yourself. Your purpose is to learn the lessons you chose and then remember who you are, and to be able to use your powers to enjoy the human experience. You may do this and still volunteer to have responsibility for other human things, creatures, and business. You may fulfill these chosen obligations in judgment or in evaluation.

It is very difficult to live by the fifth dimension’s unconditionally loving quality while in the duality of the third dimension’s dog-eat-dog world. Most souls who have reached Christ Consciousness during their human existence find it difficult to maintain it constantly because they are still living in the third dimension. It is possible to be in that state for prolonged periods of time if they remove themselves from constant ego contact.

Those who have done it for long periods of time find no need to remain on Earth because they are not partaking in the duality, which is the normal reason for coming to Earth. They generally choose to ascend, leaving their body-shell on the planet and taking their essence into unconditional love.

It is impossible to give you a number because of the constant going back and forth. Once a soul recognizes who it truly is, it may reach Christ Consciousness, so theoretically anyone can do it. This usually only comes after all lessons are completed—both those from the current life and unfinished ones from the past.
