Who are the Masters?
QUESTION: Masters, How are you different from me? Or any of us? What I mean is when I seek to connect for inspiration, help or wisdom, how do I tell whether I am connecting with guides or with my higher self. When you offer me advice, do you check with my higher self that this info will help me, thus my higher self has a veto? In terms of help, what can you do that my higher self cannot do. It seems important for me to understand whether the resources to find our way through our challenges comes from inside compared to the nature of help from outside. How much does it matter anyway? BTW Where did the inspiration for this cheeky question come from? ~David, UK
ANSWER: We are no different from you in essence except that we are currently nonphysical and your choice is for physicality. We all broke off from Source and have the same fantastic qualities of Source. The other difference is that, being here in unconditional love, we are connected to all the wisdom of everything that has happened, both on Earth and all other places, and you have amnesia of anything other than this life.
We are constrained by the universal law of not interfering with your existence, ensuring you freedom of choice in all your decisions. When you communicate with beings of light, we will never tell you what to do; we will merely make suggestions to assist your decision-making process. Your higher self is the part of your soul that is not actively in your conscious mind but can be accessed through your unconscious mind.
When we share possibilities with you, your higher self is always available to consult with you before you exercise your freedom of choice, thus giving it/you veto powers. The aspects of your soul that are closest to your consciousness and easiest to consult are restricted by the amnesia; therefore you cannot see what the possibilities are in any situation. Those of us who are fully in unconditional love can see everything. If you contact souls who recently left Earth, they may not have a complete view because they may still be choosing to cling to heavy Earth energy.
Your need to know resources come from your thinking mind, which wants to be in control of what you listen to and accept as helpful. The challenges you perceive from inside are expressions of all the possibilities; the outside world of society wants you to follow only its pattern of thinking. It really doesn’t matter because the choice is yours if you undertake to accept the responsibility for the journey. If you ask “What do I feel about this?” you will always be involving your higher self.
You are “cheeky” because you feel comfortable communicating with us and your human mind is inquisitive.
