In the middle of a tornedo
QUESTION: Masters, someone I knew and deeply cared for long ago has come back into my life and awakened me with a rush of feelings that I had not experienced before. The attraction, electricity, and love is like nothing else I’ve known. It feels like I finally know (or remember) what unconditional love and total acceptance is, both from and for another. Right now I’m entrenched in a marriage, kids, etc. This is creating lots of internal struggles, debates, and soul-searching. I know what it feels like my heart wants – but at what cost to life and those others that would be dramatically affected? Internally, I’m a confused whirlwind and want to understand what this originates from. I’m convinced she is a soul-mate, is she also a twin-flame? She is going through her own major life struggles now too. What is this all about? ~Allen, USA
ANSWER: You have both planned to have this “awakening” occur at this time in your lives as part of your life lessons. She is from the same soul group and you have shared lives before but she is not your twin flame. Your purpose in each other’s life is to set up a situation which will force you to make choices based upon discovering things about yourself and what is important to learn and understand in this life.
There are lessons named clarity, discernment, self-worth, and self-love. Learning is a singular experience. Certain souls come into your life to set up situations for you to see what it is you have been avoiding. You talk about your marriage and family as being an entrenchment. This implies you think you have no choices. Clarity concerning this issue involves understanding what each person in your life owes to another and what interferes with being able to exercise freedom of choice.
Discernment allows you to see the relative importance to your journey that those around you provide. Self-worth lets you see that this is your journey and you are magnificent, all-powerful, and all-knowing if you remove the blockages. Self-love allows you to connect with the essence within and to love your position within all energy. It has nothing to do with loving a member of the current opposite sex. If you do not accept and love yourself, it is impossible to truly love another human being.
In your confusion about your life, do not get drawn into the chaos of her life. She needs to make the choices in her life based upon her experiences and understanding. Nothing is right or wrong in life. But there may be consequences to actions you decide to take.
