Masters of the Spirit World

QUESTION: Masters one medium told me that my friend, who committed suicide last year, is suffering greatly in the “valley of suicides”, because he has transgressed divine laws. She directed me to pray for suffering souls, of Kardecism. I did not like the prayer. I believe in free will and unconditional love outside the earth. Is my friend
really still suffering? Should I pray for him yet? Please, tell me how he is. ~Isadora, Brazil

ANSWER: Your friend had a good laugh over the words of the medium and your battle between what you were told and what you believe in your heart from your awakening state. What the medium told you sounds a little like the religious concept of purgatory or something that would be said of a karmic consequence in response to negative activities. These things exist in your world only if you believe they are present.

To whom do you pray if you create your own reality and negativity only exists on Earth? Who can change what you have manifested? All decisions are individually determined. No one can change your choices unless you agree. There is no supreme or higher being creating your world and changing it as they wish.

There is no valley of suicides because neither your friend nor anyone else has transgressed divine laws. The laws are that every soul is broken off from Source and therefore is in its image and likeness composed of unconditional love. Each soul, while experiencing negativity in the only place they can, which is Earth, has total freedom of choice to decide what they wish to learn.

Outside of the plane of Earth there is nothing but unconditional loving energy. Once your friend left his corporeal body, he went into that love and found not a scintilla of negativity around with which he had to deal. He is back spending time with other souls of his acquaintance and watching what is going on in the wake of his leaving.

He wants you to know that he left as he did because he had made an agreement with a number of people, including you, to go so that you would have to deal with his method of death. He had never planned on being around much longer than he was. He had accomplished what he set out to learn, and sticking around was becoming boring. He will be back before long because there are new things he wants to explore.

QUESTION: Masters, I’ve been noticing that it seems my interactions with people have changed a lot, and it feels the essence of I Am is the one talking to them together with all there is. Sometimes I feel that the talk it’s only about societal things without judgments as if it’s not the moment for spiritual subjects. But when it’s “the moment” everything is happening spontaneously as if the ego doesn’t exist anymore, and I am just the voice for the universal consciousness. What happens when people get in touch with me nowadays, their ego seems to be quiet in my presence and they look different after talking to me. Could you please confirm/explain about this & why do I feel as if I became a “master”? Any lessons remaining? Why do I feel that I am at the end of my reincarnation journey…What was the main lesson and purpose I imagined for this lifetime? ~Natnas, Canada

ANSWER: You are a soul who is having a human experience. The purpose for souls to engage in life in a duality is to remember who they are as a piece of Source energy and to seek out the unconditionally loving positive energy of Home. You are shifting back and forth between your own awakening into non-ego judgment and evaluation of the benefits of societal knowledge.

You are expressing your essence when you speak without ego or any trace of negativity. Others feel that you are not engaging in the ego battle of grading, rating, and judging what is happening, and they stop to consider how it relates to them and if they can join the discussion. That is the societal sensation you mention. When people decide they want to duplicate your energy, they walk away from negative energy and put their egos on hold.

You use the term “master” but that is not a true representation of the actions occurring here. You are becoming enlightened in that you are bringing your essence of spirituality alive in the third-dimensional world. A master is someone who has completed all the facets of an Earthly characteristic by undergoing many, many lifetimes studying it from all possible directions.

Whether or not you ever reincarnate again is your choice. It is impossible for a soul while still in a human body to say what they may or may not do after they return Home and examine all they have accomplished.

QUESTION: Masters is life under our control, and can we do and be anything we want? Or are we subject to contracts and agreements previously made with other brothers before we come to earth? Can thoughts change unpleasant and difficult situations in life, or are they lessons to live with? ~Ira, Brasil

ANSWER: There are two aspects to our answer. First: As a soul, you can plan anything you wish to experience in the manner you want to have it occur. Second: once on Earth, you have the ability to create your reality in any way you choose, but this is influenced by the plans you made before coming to Earth.

The pre-incarnation planning does not get so specific as to make your life a predetermined non-changeable event. You decide on various experiences you wish to explore and things you want to learn. You may want to learn about control, but you do not say you want to be President; you just say you want to have control over others – as, for instance, a teacher, a policeman, or a politician. Then, using your freedom of choice, you set about learning how to control others. You may even try several different manners of accomplishing your goal.

Even if you have made a contract with another soul, that does not mean it can never be dissolved. Let’s say you wanted someone to let you experience dependency by running you over with their car. If, however, you got a taste of being dependent before they had a chance to injure you, it is possible to say, “Once was enough for me to learn and I don’t need to go through it again, so forget what I asked of you.”

The way you think about things definitely influences what happens in your life. If you think that being an athlete is boring, tiresome, and repetitious – just plain not fun – you will never become a star because you will not put any effort into being good. But if you revel in the exhilaration of using your body to the maximum, enjoy the adoration of the crowds, and see sports as a way to gather loads of money, then you can make it happen.

Everything a soul does while in their human body contains lessons. Some are very evident, and some are subtle examples of what can only occur while the soul has a functioning, sensation-aware form. Be aware that you do create your own reality by the choices you make, the beliefs you hold, and the actions you draw to yourself by your desiring them to appear.
